Eight Sequences teaches kids to make sequences and trains the child's ability to form logically bonds. Designed in 1976 by Bruno Munari and Giovanni Belgrano, the game contains 52 cards that form eight sequences of images to be logically ordered: the sequences are made up of 3 to 10 cards, in an increasing order of difficulty.

A little bird coming out of a cage, a house under construction, a plant that grows leaves and blooms: each card, corresponding to a passage in succession, contains different pieces of information which serve as clues to be interpreted, from the colour of the apple that ripens to the position of the sun in the sky.

Each image leads to the reconstruction of the sequence and its meaning, training the child’s ability to form logical bonds. Starting from the fundamental idea of the game − the search for the right card to carry the series forward − you can invent many ways of using the cards, even in groups.

Bruno Munari was a well known Italian artist and designer. He dedicated his creative activity to any form of experimentation. With particular attention to the world of children, their games and their toys. He expressed his personal inventiveness in a large variety of ways, from painting to sculpture and photography.

Corraini Edizioni's work is made out of curiosity and discovery, used to levity and fun. An unpredictable and uninterrupted process that, in their case, has lasted for over 40 years — 40 years of encounters, bandying between art and books, in search of new languages, contaminations, free experimentation.

Created next to an already established art gallery, Corraini Edizioni's publishing work ranges between design, art and illustration, often blurring the boundaries between the different disciplines. Naturally, given the association with Munari, particular attention is given to artists’ books for children.

Following EU regulations, from July 1st 2021 online shops must charge customers the VAT % from their home country.
