Jibun Techo system – DIARY, LIFE, IDEA
Jibun Techo system consists of 3 separate volumes – DIARY, LIFE and IDEA – to be bundled together and create one notebook. You can use just one, two or all three volumes together inside the same cover.
This Jibun Techo First Kit notebook includes all three volumes that are the building blocks of the Jibun Techo system. Its white cover also has space to keep business cards and small photos
For the 2025 Jibun Techo Biz and DAYs series, the LIFE and IDEA volumes can be purchased separately.
DIARY – the first and best known of three volumes
All Jibun Techo series have their own carefully considered DIARY design and format. For the 2025 Jibun Techo First Kit – White, it’s a weekly format with a 24-hour vertical schedule.
Go ahead and log it all, from morning activities to all-nighters, there is space to plan your week by the hour. Next to your detailed weekly vertical schedule is a spacious task list and small month-at-a-glance calendar. It's excellent as a habit tracker as well, featuring extra logs such as a mood tracker, weather logs, moon phases and empty space to add your own entries.
This weekly format runs from November 2024 to January 2026, accompanied by monthly spreads covering November 2024 to April 2026 and a yearly schedule.
In the additional pages you will find a gantt chart for project planning, yearly reflections, and lists: for gifts, wishes, financial plans or your favorite catchphrases.
Kokuyo made a translation for all the lists. You can download this here. In this blog, we highlight these additional pages, which we find a very interesting addition.
LIFE and IDEA help to flesh out the brilliance of the Jibun Techo system
LIFE is meant to last longer than through 2025 – ideally covering, well, your life – and can remain in the Jibun Techo cover indefinitely. It lets you keep information that you want to refer to over the years, such as life goals, family planning and even passwords. You can transfer all that information without having to rewrite it in a new planner every year.
IDEA is a gridded notebook for extra notes, journaling, sketching, recipes or more. It integrates into the CamiApp, allowing you to upload your notes into Google Drive or Dropbox.
DIARY and IDEA feature Kokuyo’s signature 52gsm THIN paper that is low-show-through, while LIFE is printed on Kokuyo’s premium MIO (60gsm and ever-so-slightly warmer in tone).

Kokuyo translates the pages in pdf's in English. This way you can understand the additional and planner pages. For the additional pages they created cut-outs which you can cut and paste in the pages position. You can download these from our blogpost.
