Returns & Exchange
In the unlikely event that an item does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt, if it is unused and in its original packaging. You will need to pay all return postage costs, unless agreed otherwise due to the nature of your complaint.
In store purchases
Items bought in store, can be returned or exchanged in store.
In the event of a return, the funds will be returned at the counter to the debit/ creditcard used for the transaction. Your refund will be processed as quickly as possible, but it might take Shopify Payments up to 10 business days to process.
Online purchases
How can I return (part of) my purchase?
You can inform us you want to return an item by sending us an email at hello@misc-store.com.
Please give the following details about the item you wish to return:
1. The order number
2. The item name and/or number
To help us satisfy our customers’ wishes as fully as possible, please also state the reason for the return. Please ensure that you pay the correct postage price. If the postage price is insufficient, the remaining postage costs will be deducted from the amount credited to your account. You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as we have received and processed your return.
Your refund will be processed as quickly as possible, including the shipping costs of the order if applicable (unless it's a partial return) – no later than 14 days after Miscellaneous has confirmed receipt. (it might take Shopify Payments up to 10 business days to process the refund)
Exception: If the order is returned to us because the address is incorrect, the parcel exceeded the hold period at a parcel point, or was not accepted by the recipient, the return costs charged to us will be deducted from the amount credited to your account.
Please note: the customer remains fully responsible for any packages returned until they are received by Miscellaneous.
How can I exchange (part of) my purchase?
You can inform us you want to exchange an item by sending us an email at hello@misc-store.com. Please give the following details of the item you wish to return:

3. The colour of the item (if specified)
4. The item you wish to exchange it for

In which cases will an item not be eligible for returns or exchange?
We will not accept:
– Items that are not in their original condition and/or packaging
– Items that have been used/damaged.
