Mokum is Amsterdam’s nickname. Originally meaning refuge or safe haven, it is a place we create in resistance, in community, in escape of the established order. This book shows you how—and invites you to join in. Written from an activist perspective, and full of radical alternatives, it offers the reader much-needed inspiration to become active themselves in the fight for an affordable and livable city.

Spookstad x Misc Store Amsterdam
Spookstad is a publishing initiative that has emerged out of squatting collective Mokum Kraakt. They address current social struggles through culture and activism, looking for ways in which art and counter-culture can play a role in reclaiming people's right to the city.
Following EU regulations, from July 1st 2021 online shops must charge customers the VAT % from their home country.
All prices are shown including 21% (NL VAT rate); if your country’s VAT rate different, the prices will change accordingly during checkout.
