The Midori 2024 Echizen Wall Calendar S Animal is a silk printed calendar made from hand-torn washi paper, using bright colors and spot gold paint. It features 12 sheets, depicting a different animal each month. You can cut out and re-use the beautiful artworks once the month is over — send it as a post-card or frame your favorite animal.
Echizen craftsmen have a very long history and tradition of paper making and for this calendar, the paper is carefully crafted by hand. Each year, the line-up of animals changes according to the Chinese zodiac, and are hand drawn by the Echizen craftsmen.
