Window Shopping All
When we installed our Shopping Window - window early December, we thought it would help in both us and and our customers in extending the shopping experience at Misc out doors.
Knowing how busy it can get in store in December, with people in line for the register and waiting for us to giftwrap, and with the max customers inside, we knew we had to do something.
We thought to extend our selection to our window, with a click and collect service. Window shopping is easy: scan QR code, process payment and pick up later, or have it delivered.
Initially we thought this would cater to passersby out of business hours, busy customers not wanting to wait in line (which happened more and more in November and early December, or for those that wish not to enter the shop.
Little did we know that our window concept would prove so relevant with the second lockdown.
With the extensions of the lockdown, we'll update our window, more regularly.
