In the Netherlands we work with post.nl, all other destinations are fulfilled with FedEx. We are especially proud with our Priority Service with Fedex for the USA; order with us and you will receive it the next day!

All parcels within the Netherlands are shipped with PostNL, all other destinations worldwide are shipped with FedEx.
PostNL delivers the following day after dispatch. Fedex delivers within 48 hours of dispatch, please make sure someone is present at the shipping address as Fedex requires a signature upon reception. Misc-store may choose to ship with an alternative courier if circumstances so desire.
Misc-store will dispatch orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Please note, that all duty and customs taxes applicable are for the recipient; MISC-store cannot be held liable for any further costs.
Should you not desire shipment with FedEx; please let us know upon check-out. We will also send you an email when your order is ready to dispatch. You can reply to this email when you do not want your parcel shipped with FedEx.
We dispatch within 36 hours of your purchase on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (weekends and public holidays not included).
After you have made your purchase, you will receive a confirmation. As soon as we are ready to dispatch your purchase, we will send you the shipping details. If you have chosen the Bank Transfer payment option, your order will be dispatched upon receiving the payment.
You can pick up your purchase at our store in Amsterdam. To avoid that you pick up your parcel whilst it is not ready, please wait for our email that your parcel is ready for pick-up. You can choose this option at check-out. Please note that in order to choose for the pick up option, your billing address need to be in The Netherlands.

No, on such custom slips we always state it is a commercial good. Additionally, we also state the correct value of the parcel for insurance purposes. Not being a bad sport here, but if ever customs decides to check and finds we are willfully trying to avoid taxes for either our benefit or yours, consequences will be ours.
Within the Netherlands, the parcel will be delivered within 24 hours after dispatch, weekends and holidays not included. Please note we dispatch on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Orders made on those days before 16.00h CET will be dispatched the same day.

You can change your shipping address when your parcel has not yet been dispatched to our logistics partners. When the parcel has already left our store, changes on our end are no longer possible.
However, with Fedex it is possible for the recipient to contact the logistic partner in question and ask about the possibilities for a change of address.
If this is not possible, then we wait until the parcel is returned to us, and we will then ship it to your required address. Please understand the extra shipping charges need to be paid by the recipient, and that we cannot accept the order to be cancelled due to a change in shipping address after the order has been confirmed and dispatched. Our customers are responsible for providing the right shipping information.
